Making a reservation for any of the Heritage properties is quick and easy. Simply visit our Listings page to find your ideal property and click on the “Book Now” button. You can select your desired dates and check the availability of the property. Follow the prompts to complete the reservation process, and our team will be in touch to confirm your booking.

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before your stay to receive a full refund. Specific details about our cancellation policy can be found in our T&Cs. We understand that plans can change, and we always do our best to accommodate our guests, so we recommend reviewing our policy before making a reservation.

When completing your booking through our website, we will ask you to pay a 10% deposit upfront. You can do this quickly and easily through our secure online payment platform. The remainder of your payment is due 7 days before your stay and will automatically be taken off the same card used to pay your deposit.
When making your booking with Heritage you will be prompted to pay online by card payment using the secure payment platform. We use Stripe for our payments, which is a trusted and secure worldwide platform. We take a 10% deposit upfront when you make your booking and the final payment will taken 7 days before your stay.
We welcome pets in many of our properties, however not all of our homes are suitable for your furry friends. You can filter your search to include properties that allow pets on our ‘Listings’ page and you can find out if each of our properties are pet friendly under the ‘Booking Terms’ tab on each property page.
As we have a number of properties of different sizes, we cannot guarantee that they are accessible. You can find out more about layout and accessibility in each property description, or get in touch with the Heritage team for more information.
As standard, you can check into our properties from 3pm on arrival and check out any time before 10am on your day of departure. Before you arrive, you will receive check-in instructions including directions on how to get there and instructions on how to access the property. If you wish to request an early check-in, to drop your bags off, or stay a little longer before check-out then please get in touch with the Heritage team, however, this may not always be possible and will depend on the availability surrounding your stay.
Yes, luxury handwash, shampoo, and shower gel from The Scottish Fine Soap Company are provided at all of our properties along with fluffy hand towels and soft bath towels for all guests, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with us.

Yes, at Heritage we welcome corporate bookings for those travelling for work or business. If you are looking for longer-term accommodation or have specific requirements relating to your stay, please get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with your search. You can send us an email at enquiries@heritagehosting.co.uk and we will get back to you shortly.

You will usually receive a confirmation email within an hour or two of booking with the details of your stay. If you still haven’t received anything, please check your junk folder as sometimes emails can land there, and add us to your Safe Senders list to ensure you don’t miss anything in the future.
